One clear, well-lit shot of their face works best. Up to five if you have them.

Usually under a minute. Every portrait is checked for likeness before you ever see it.

Full resolution, no watermark, yours to print at any size.

What kind of photo works best?: A clear, well-lit photo where their face is visible and looking roughly toward the camera. Phone photos are fine — most of ours are.
How long does it take?: The free preview takes about half a minute. Full-resolution portraits arrive by email a few minutes after you order.
Will it actually look like my pet?: That is the whole point, and every portrait is automatically checked against your photo for likeness before you see it. If it does not look like them, tell us and we will refund you.
Can I print it?: Yes. You get the full-resolution file with no watermark, and it is yours to print at any size.
Do you keep my photos?: Your photos stay private and are never shown to anyone else. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
What if my pet has passed away?: Many of these are painted from old photos. Send the best one you have — if it is not clear enough to work from, we will tell you before you pay anything.

Free, watermarked, no card needed. If you don’t love it you have lost nothing but a photo upload.
